Each year SouthNEXT brings together local artists, speakers, and performers to catalyze the kind of “creative collisions” that spark new ideas and inspire new solutions to some of the most pressing communal challenges of our times.

Now in its fourth year, SouthNEXT’18 kicks off on Saturday, November 10th with a full day of events, conversations and “collisions” at the South Orange Performing Arts Center and continues on Sunday, November 11th with programming all day at Seton Hall University. Highly local, SouthNEXT recognizes that in our communities we might be right around the corner from our next collaborator, mentor, inspirer or visionary.

For the festival’s fourth year, we’ll challenge ourselves to connect with our true desires, recognize our colliding interests and learn how to maintain our focus through stormy times. We do this by coming together using Arts, Ideas and Music to provoke and catalyze our thoughts and actions.
