HEALING & HOPE - Poetry of Resilience

The Maplewood Division of Arts and Culture presented HEALING & HOPE - Poetry of Resilience at the Woodland on Sunday, March 27, 2022.

It featured poets Lynne McEniry, Tamara Zbrizher, Ysabel Y. Gonzalez, and SOMA's own Leah Jackson and Kathleen Kremins. HOPE and HEALING presents the spoken word as an act of resilience against the sexism, racism, homophobia, ageism, and the gender-based violence women face around the world. 

An afternoon of "Healing & Hope" for our final #womenshistorymonth celebration. Bravo to these brave and brilliant women and their poems.
