The SOMA Justice Preschool Book Club uses children's literature as a tool to talk to kids about social justice, race, equity, and more.

This event celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month will include a read-aloud and gathering for kids and families and a curated list of picture books that feature AAPI characters for families to add to their home libraries.

The books are geared towards ages 0-6 years old but ALL are welcome.

Please join us May 23, 10-11:30 AM in Orchard Park (21 De Hart Rd, Maplewood, NJ 07040).

There will be community playtime from 10:00 - 11:00 AM and then story reading from 11:00 - 11:30 AM.

Please bring a blanket or towel to sit on. Social distancing and facial coverings are required.
