Baseball Hall of Famer, Grammy Nominee, Guitar Virtuoso, Bernie Williams will be performing with fellow Guitarist, and Grammy Nominee, Gil Parris in the Great Hall at the Woodland in Maplewood N.J.

Kindred The Family Soul, also referred to as Kindred, is simply Aja Graydon and Fatin Dantzler; artists, songwriters, lovers, family. They are an American R&B, Soul and Neo Soul duo that emerged from the Philadelphia movement that also includes Jill Scott, who discovered them while the couple was performing at the Black Lily Film & Music Festival.

Since appearing in the blockbuster film Titanic (where they performed “Irish Party in Third Class”), Gaelic Storm has become a world-class genre-bending Irish Rock band mixing Celtic traditions with something uniquely creative.

In just three short years, Moscow-based Leonid & Friends have blown the minds of legions of fans with their uncanny ability to capture the spirit, musicality and fire of American supergroup Chicago. Leonid Vorobyev’s goal was a studio project in dedication to Chicago under the motto “musicians for musicians.”

Al Stewart, a prominent figure of the legendary British Folk revival in the 60s and 70s, is best known for his radio hits “Year of the Cat” and “Time Passages.” The Scottish musician will be joined on the SOPAC stage with his longtime backup band, The Empty Pockets.

The Baker Street Trio features three of the most exciting and swinging young jazz musicians in the area. who began playing together through Montclair's Jazz House Kids. The trio was formed in the Fall of 2020 out of these young musicians' love for jazz and the need to be able to play together -- safely, outdoors. They played a standing gig through the Fall and Winter of 2020 on a streetcorner on Baker Street in Maplewood Village, and in doing so, have entertained and brought the joy of jazz to countless appreciative audiences.

The Motor City Revue is an 11-piece Motown tribute band that will have you dancing and singing along to the songs immortalized by Smokey Robinson & The Miracles, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, The Supremes and countless others. Come and enjoy Peace, Love and Soul!

ZööS - ZööS (pronounced "Zeus") will shock and delight you with the majesty of rock infused with our original twists and influences from all corners of the world.

Tycoon Dog will put on a free concert of family-friendly music touching on rock, blues, reggae, funk, pop, soul and hillbilly country on Sunday, September 12 from 3-5 pm in Memorial Park. The concert will take place in The Amphitheater, at the foot of the grassy hillside opposite the NJ Transit station.

Grammy Award-winning artist Suzanne Vega, who is widely regarded as one of the foremost songwriters of her generation, celebrates her career-spanning live album, An Evening of New York Songs and Stories, in an intimate concert from the SOPAC stage. The full-band set will feature the album’s New York-centric repertoire, honoring Vega’s long musical relationship with her city.

Eric Hutchinson is an international platinum-selling Singer-Songwriter who has shared the stage with artists such as Jason Mraz, Amos Lee, Ingrid Michaelson, O.A.R. and Michael Franti. His single “Rock & Roll” earned him his first gold record in the US and the song became a #1 hit in several countries.

The Band of Strays is an American band that performs an eclectic mix of neotraditional country, R and B, pop, and rock music. Conceived on New Years Eve of 2016 in MAPLEWOOD, New Jersey when Lou Ledesma and Chip Thompson started talking about guitars, the music they loved and the burning desire to “get out there” and start performing! Soon after, Bill “The Thrill” Grafton was invited to join Chip and Lou for evening rehearsals where they explored playing together and working out the kinks after a hard days work.

The Accelerators are an all-original three-piece trio from Union N.J. with melodic vocals and catchy hooks. With styles ranging from power pop, garage rock, pop punk, and a little dash of blues and rockabilly thrown in.

Gypsy Funk Squad is a unique and eclectic dance band playing funked up as well as traditional music from Turkey, Armenia, Egypt, The Balkans, Greece, Israel, Lebanon, India and anything one can imagine played in bohemian cafes and exotic bazaars in many esoteric parts of the world. Their repertoire includes revamped rock tunes played in a gypsy style and original psychedelic surprises. The music lends itself well and is extremely popular among belly dancers and tribal dancing troupes, barefoot yoga dancers, and festival goers. You can have the wonderful expectation of seeing the audience dancing with fun and excitement and having a great time with Gypsy Funk Squad

Autumn Jones is a singer-songwriter from Maplewood, New Jersey, and a recent graduate from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. The soulful R&B she creates is an expression of her life experiences as told through her stories and in each of her songs, which are available on all major platforms.

Since 2001, John Acevedo's Cuban band has performed for all kinds of venues up and down the east coast. Verdict has been rocking the house from venues as varied as the fabled Stone Pony in Asbury Park to the NFL Owners Meeting at the Super Bowl in Miami. Their polished energy has been fed from the wide-ranging experiences of jamming with Chaka Khan and Stevie Wonder (what a surreal moment to have Johnny whispering the lyrics to Marley’s “Waiting in Vain” in Stevie’s ear since he didn’t know the second verse by heart), to performing “Stir it Up” and Chick Corea’s “Spain” with Prince Ali of Iran sitting in on drums.

The Afro-Latin Experience, led by Dizzy’s long time Bassist, and 2019 Grammy winner, John Lee, guides you through the journey, as the ensemble brings to life the driving rhythms, dynamic melodies, and flowing vocals of the Dizzy Gillespie vision of Afro–Latin music. SOPAC patrons may never again think of jazz as easy listening.

This is a very unique and special project. New Orleans meet Django and the Gypsies! The traditional sounds of our beloved New Orleans will cross paths with the voices of the guitars. The band will perform traditional New Orleans songs with the Reinhardt touch, and traditional Gypsy songs with the New Orleans touch. From swing to second lines, be prepared for a true NOLAexperience!
